The centre-forward will continue his development with the LaLiga Hypermotion team while Athletic reserve the option to recall him in the winter transfer window
Athletic Club striker Javier Martón, 24, will spend the rest of the 2023/24 campaign on loan at LaLiga Hypermotion outfit CD Mirandés. The deal includes a recall option in the winter transfer window.
Having arrived to Bilbao this summer from Real Sociedad, Marton will now look to continue his development in the Segunda Division.
The forward had a fruitful pre-season with the Lions, making a double goalscoring debut against Necaxa and also netting against SD Eibar. He has been in the squad for all three of Athletic's LaLiga fixtures so far, but has not yet made his senior debut.
