Our first warm-up game of the pre-season will take place in De Marcos' hometown between the two sides he played for
Athletic Club will get their pre-season underway with a clash against Deportivo Alaves on Tuesday July 22.
The two sides will battle it out in the 23rd edition of the Laguardia Trophy. The match will take place in the picturesque medieval town of the same name. There's an added significance as Laguardia is the hometown of recently retired Oscar de Marcos and these are the only two clubs he has ever played for.
The fixture will take place at El Prao stadium and tt will be the first time Athletic have competed for this trophy.
