Ceremony at La casa de Misericordia

This Friday, Bilbao’s La Misericordia has received a visit from Athletic Club’s first team who, along with a Board of Directors delegation, have made an offering at the statue of San Mamés as well as touring some of the rooms in the house to greet the residents.

The visit to the centre began at 13:00 hours with a reception for the players at the entrance to the residence, where there is an access to the Saint’s Chapel.

Following the reception, a team representative laid a floral arrangement at the statue of San Mamés and afterwards the players met with the elderly residents.
