Iraola and Etxeberria give their opinions about the Copa

Andoni Iraola said the following: “In principle it’s difficult to play against any of the First Division teams and Mallorca is one of the most difficult teams to play against. We already knew that we were unlikely to play against 2nd B or 3rd Division teams and there are very few 2nd A Division teams left’.

The first match will be held in San Mamés: ‘We have to play against Nàstic and then Celta. After these matches we’ll set our sights on the Copa. In any case, at home or away, the most important thing is the way we feel when we walk onto the field”.
Joseba Etxeberria confirmed ‘it’s the luck of the draw and they are not an easy rival, although I would have preferred to play the first match away from home seeing that in the elimination rounds, normally, the outcome of the clash is determined in the 2nd leg match’.
