Chartity Match in Galdakao

On Sunday, 13 November, at 12:00 noon, the Santa Barbara football ground will welcome a charity match between Athletic Club and Galdakao veterans to benefit Joseba Chaparro, a 17 year old from the neighborhood of Bengoetxe in Galdakao, who this past month of June woke up from a six-month comma.

Tickets will go on sale an hour before the match at the Santa Bárbara box office at a cost of 5 Euros.

The Galdakao City council, in collaboration with Bengoetxe’s Neighbours Association, has organized this match which has counted with the altruistic support of members from both groups in this cause.

This way, soccer fans will be able to enjoy watching players like Oskar Vales, Julen Guerrero, Joseba Etxeberria, Armando etc… once again in action; under the supervision of Placido Bilbao. Against them, the veterans from Galdakao aim to ‘try their hardest to make this event a success’.
