Everything is ready for the match between Athletic Club and FC Porto, corresponding to the fourth matchday of the UEFA Champions League Groups Phase (20:45, Felix Brich -GER- San Mamés, C+Liga de Campeones).

On Wednesday, 5 November, in accordance with UEFA regulations, the organizational meeting took place at the San Mamés facilities, at 10:30 hours, and under the direction of the UEFA delegate, the Cypriot George Koumas, and in the presence of, among others, the arbitration observer, the Irish Leslie Irvine.

Among the decisions made at this meeting, in addition to administrative and security measures to abide by during the match, the decision about the kits to be worn by both teams was also defined. On the part of Athletic Club, our team will be wearing the first kit; red/white jersey and black shorts and socks. The goalkeepers will be sporting an all-green kit.

On the part of FC Porto, the players will be wearing blue and white jerseys, blue shorts and white socks, while the goalkeepers will be donning an all-yellow kit.

A near-full house is expected in San Mamés, with the presence of 1,400 Portuguese followers. Skies are overcast, the temperature in Bilbao is 10 degrees, and should remain about the same for match time. Rain is expected.

President Josu Urrutia headed the Athletic Club delegation in the official luncheon held in Ibaigane with leaders of the Portuguese club.
