Ticket collection for the 2015 Copa Final

Thickets will be collected and paid for between 14 and 28 of May, both inclusively, (except on 23 May, matchday in San Mamés), at the San Mamés Box offices with uninterrupted hours from 08:00 to 20:00, and according to the turns of collection that are indicated below.

Each winning Member/Awardees, or anyone that is authorized to collect the ticket in his/her name, will be able to do so much on their designed appointment, as in later turns if for any circumstance they are unable to do so in their turn. In no case will tickets be collected prior to the assigned turn.

The delivery of tickets in each turn will be carried out by strict order of arrival to the ticket offices, meaning that the specific selection of tickets will be made by the person who proceeds to collect the tickets upon those that are available.
For the collection of tickets, it will be necessary to present, inexcusably, the following documentation at the San Mamés

Box offices:
Should Members/Awardees or any member of the awarded group collect the tickets the following will be required:
– Original Membership cards.
– Original and current ID (DNI), Driver’s License, or Passport of the person that will be collecting and paying for the tickets.

. Should a third party collect the tickets:

– Membership Card or Original Membership cards.
– Authorization Form of collection by Member/Awardees/ or any of the Member as in the case of being registered in the group (*).
– Photocopy of the (ID) DNI of Members/ and the person by whom payment is carried out and collection of the ticket(s) (*).
(*) If the Member is a minor:
Current Under-Age Membership Card
– Application form to collect ticket, signed by mother/father of the under-aged Member and the signature of a member of the group.
Photocopy of the Libra de Familia (Family Book)
– Photocopy of the DNI of the Member’s father/mother and the person who will be collecting the ticket.

In case the Member/Awardees/has passed away, the original membership card and the member’s death certificate must be presented.

Tickets must be paid at the time of purchase either by cash or by credit card.

CONDITIONS OF ACQUISITION OF TICKETS IN CHEERING ZONE
Whoever collects the ticket(s), must sign a receipt voucher that credits the number and reference of the ticket(s) collected, the identity of the person that collects them, as well as the commitment of not trying to proceed to the sale of said tickets, nor to its gratuitous cession jointly with the sale or other objects. In case of collecting Members or third party tickets, the person who collects such tickets will be solely responsible for the compliance of whose member’s name he/she is acting.

CONDITIONS OF ACQUISITION OF TICKETS IN THE CHEERING ZONE

We’d like to remind attendees, that as established on the Bases of the Draw, Winning Members that have requested seats in the cheering zone will be able to choose their locality in their corresponding turn and among available seats in this section, and will not be allowed to choose a locality outside of said area.

Since the reserved space (6,616 seats: NORD BAIX GOAL STANDS and GOAL NORD 1st Stands) is inferior to the number of requests (8,218 Members) to choose a seat in this zone, the preference in the election will be determined by strict order of arrival to the ticket office in the turn that corresponds. Once the reserved localities have been exhausted for the cheering zone, the rest of applicants will have to choose in other zones.

Members and Awardees that had not qualified for this possibility when registering will have to choose their seat outside the reserved cheering zone of.
