CONSTITUTION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY FOR SEASONS 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20 AND 2020/21

The members and partners are informed that the constitution of the General Assembly will take place on July 1, 2017.

The deadline for submission of voluntary applications will end on May 15, 2017.

Any member who is in the relationship created by the Electoral Board, being of legal age and having at least one year of seniority in the Club on March 15, may present himself / herself to be part of the General Assembly, provided that Request is signed by nine members who meet the same requirements. The candidate must also sign, on the same official form, his / her acceptance.

The official forms will be provided by the Club from April 12, and they must include name and surname, member code and signatures of presenters and applicants, and must accompany the current photocopy of D.N.I. Of those. The candidate must submit his application duly completed in a single form.

A member who has signed another with his signature, can not appear as a candidate to join the Assembly or subscribe or propose to a third party. In case of duplication of any member or presenting member of two or more candidates, both will be canceled, unless they were replaced by others.

If a number of candidates less than 837 had been submitted, in order to avoid a restricted representation, those who lacked that number would be chosen by lot drawn up before a Notary at the registered office of the entity. The draw will be public, announcing itself, if necessary, on the Bulletin Board and on the Club website.

Once all the applications have been checked and the raffle has taken place, the result will be published in the Bulletin Board, the partners and partners will be able to consult their results on the Club website, in the section Txoko of the partners, and Shall notify interested parties, by registered letter, of their membership or representative status at all General Assemblies held by the Club during the term of their term of office. Complaints may be submitted to the Electoral Board within seven calendar days from the date following the publication of the appointments, by means of a reasoned appeal to the Electoral Board that will be resolved without appeal within a maximum period of five days.

The mandate will last four seasons.
