All’s set to play against Panathinaikos FC

All’s set at San Mamés for the dispute of the match between Athletic Club and Panathinaikos FC, corresponding to the second leg of the play-off of the UEFA Europa League (20.45, Benoît Bastien -FRA- San Mamés, Bein Sports).

On Thursday, August 24, following UEFA regulations, the organizational meeting was held at the San Mamés facilities at 10:30 a.m. under the direction of the UEFA delegate, the Ukrainian Anna Bordiugova.

Among the decisions made at this meeting, in addition to sporting, administrative and security measures to abide by during the match, te decision about the kits to be worn by both teams was also defined. On the apart of Athletic Club, our team will be sporting their first kit, with the goalkeepers wearing blue kits. On the part of Panathinaikos FC, the players will wear green kits, the goalkeepers will be sporting yellow kits.

The presence of 100 greek followers is expected. The sky is cloudy and the temperature is 22 degrees, 20 are expected at game time.

The Athletic Club institutional representatives will hold a luncheon, this same Thursday, August 24, with the Panathinaikos FC’s leaders and UEFA representatives at Ibaigane.
