Athletic Reading Club: Ainhoa Tirapu

This afternoon has taken place in San Mamés a reading club around the book “Ausarten Kluba”, written by Begoña Ibarrola and illustrated by Pablo Auladell. In the meeting, Ainhoa has dialogued with seventy students of the 4th grade of Primary School of the Luis Briñas Santutxu public school. Ainhoa chose the book from among all the proposals she received at the Athletic Reading Club. The book tells the story of Alan, a boy who rebels with courage and imagination against the bully.

The schoolchildren have also taken the opportunity to talk to the captain about women’s football and ask her about her long career as the Athletic Club goalkeeper. After the event, the girls and boys attending have had the opportunity to visit San Mamés and get to know the Cathedral inside.
