Historical objects exhibition in San Mamés Box
On the occasion of Athletic Club-FC Barcelona match, Athletic Club will show some memories of the centennial rivalry between both clubs.
Athletic Museoa will show, on the occasion of the Athletic Club-FC Barcelona match, some representative objects from its historical archive in the Vip Box of San Mamés. One of them is a FC Barcelona shirt, the oldest that Athletic Museoa owns, corresponding to the 1967-68 season. In that season the catalan club was ranked second in the league championship, while Athletic Club finished seventh with Fidel Uriarte as “pichichi”, with 22 goals.
There will also be an Athletic captaincy bracelet and a ball signed by the players of La Liga match played in San Mamés last February 10th and ended with a zero draw. That day turned 90 years of the first day of the history of La Liga, held on February 10th, 1929.
