The lionesses have finished, with good feelings, a demanding week of training in Lezama, after the break

The players, coached by Angel Villacampa, have finished a demanding week in which they have trained solo in the facilities of the Club. Training sessions have taken place behind closed doors. The sessions began last Monday, July 20th, once the relevant medical tests were carried out. The lionesses have completed nine sessions on the field 4 (three double sessions) and have started every training with strength workouts at the gym. One of the positive remarks is that despite the discomfort and harshness of the preseason, no player has gone through the infirmary, where other players who keep recovering very positively.

Villacampa has called up several players from the subsidiary team to join the training sessions. That is the case of Nerea Nevado, Naroa Uriarte, Mariana Cerro and Leyre Monente who were under the orders of the coach, last year, in Boltaña. Bibiane Schulze, Paula Arana, Clara Pinedo, Alejandra Estefanía and the youngest member of the group, Ane Elexpuru, will complete their first preseason with the first red-and-white team.

The squad has devoted the mornings to strength and resistance, while in the afternoons, the group has focused the training on the technical-tactical aspect.
