Óscar de Marcos bemoans Athletic’s defeat to la Real
Oscar de Marcos admitted to feeling devastated after Athletic Club’s Copa final loss against Real Sociedad.
“It’s tough to take,” De Marcos said after the match. “We were very excited, we believed we could win but it wasn’t to be.
“Losing a final is always very painful.”
The no.18 had a message for Athletic fans, saying: “We missed you a lot. We always do. In the bad times and the good times.
“We would like to have given you this win. We’ll try to do it again on the 17th.”
