Petxarroman returns to FC Andorra
The defender will spend the final year of his contract with the Andorran club
Alex Petxarroman will see out the final year of his Athletic contract with FC Andorra, where he was on loan last season.
The agreement sees Athletic retain a percentage of any future sale of the full-back, while there are also bonuses based on FC Andorra’s achievements.
Petxarroman arrived as a free agent from Real Sociedad in the summer of 2021 and made all of his 19 official Athletic appearances in the 2021/22 campaign. His last match for the Lions was our recent friendly against Mexican side Club Necaxa.
