Athletic Club schedule pre-season friendly against Real Racing Club

Athletic Club will play a friendly against Real Racing Club on Wednesday 29 July in Laredo, at the Campo de San Lorenzo, with kick-off at 19:00 CEST.

The Santander-based side gained promotion to the top-flight after winning the 2025/26 LaLiga Hypermotion title, thus ending a 14-year absence from the First Division.

The match will feature massive involvement from Laredo's Peña 7 de Abril Aitor Paredes fan club. As it's largest Athletic supporters' group, we're expecting a festive day with a great Athleticzale atmosphere.

• Wednesday 29 July: Real Racing Club vs Athletic Club (Laredo, 19:00 CEST)
• Saturday 1 August: Burgos CF vs Athletic Club (El Plantío, 19:00)
