Simón, Vivian and Nico Williams named in Spain squad

Luis de la Fuente has called up Unai Simón, Dani Vivian and Nico Williams to play for the Spanish national team in their upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Bulgaria and Turkey.

Spain will face Bulgaria in Sofia on Thursday September 4 and then take on Turkey in Konya on Sunday September 7.
 

Canales called up to Under-21s

Peio Canales, on loan this season at Racing Club de Santander, has been called up for the first time to the Under-21 team now coached by David Gordo. The midfielder will face Cyprus on Friday 5 September at Los Pajaritos and Kosovo on Tuesday 9 September away from home.
