Luis de la Fuente has named four Athletic players in the squad for the 2023 European Championship qualifiers against Russia and Lithuania
Julen Agirrezabala, Unai Vencedor, Oihan Sancet and Nico Williams have been selected for the Spanish national team under-21s ahead of the two upcoming 2023 European Under-21 Championship qualifiers.
Luis de la Fuente’s side will face Russia at the Estadio Francisco de la Hera in Almendralejo on September 3 at 20:45 CEST.
The second match will take place in Vilnius on September 7, where the Spain team will play against Lithuania at the LFF Stadium (kick-off at 18:30 local time).
The four Lions will meet up with their teammates in Madrid on August 30.
