Unai Simón and Nico Williams called up to Spain squad
Luis de la Fuente has selected the keeper and winger for the UEFA Nations League finals
Spain head coach Luis de la Fuente has named Unai Simon and Nico Williams in his squad for the upcoming UEFA Nations League finals.
The Athletic players will join up with the rest of the squad at Las Rozas on June 9. The Spanish national team will travel to the Netherlands, where they'll take on Italy in the semi-finals on June 15.
What's more, Julen Agirrezabala, Aitor Paredes and Oihan Sancet have been called up the Under-21s squad for the European Championships, which are set to be held in Georgia and Romania from June 21 until July 8.
