Bilbao Athletic - Arenas Club

Bilbao Athletic has tied a goal against Arenas Club of Getxo in its second preseason match, played this morning in Lezama. Joseba Etxeberria has chosen the following starting eleven: Jokin Ezkieta, Alvaro Nuñez, Imanol García de Albeniz, Oier Luengo, Javi Murua, Unai Vencedor, Juan Artola, Oier Zarraga, Andoni Tascón, Antonio Jesús Salado and Jon Morcillo.
From the beginning, the red-and-white team have dominated the game, but it was the visiting team who took the lead with a real goal in the ninth minute of the match. Great play by the left wing of the lateral Oscar Francis Borg that has culminated himself putting the 0-1 on the scoreboard.

Bilbao Athletic reacted quickly with a Morcillo intermission from the left side but Oier Luengo headed out. In the second half, Etxeberria has given entry to Asier Cordoba replacing Jon Morcillo. The first clear chance of the second half has been for the visiting team. A corner kick thrown by Matador was headed by Ruben to the crossbar. Two minutes later, in the 10th minute, Bilbao Athletic was penalty awarded. Andoni Tascón has been in charge of throwing the penalty but the goalkeeper has stopped the forward’s throw and Salado has taken advantage of the refusal to put the tables on the scoreboard. The red-and-white Mister has made three other changes for Rojo, Baqué and Sillero to play the last 25 minutes of the match. In the end, tie to one and the puppies continue adding minutes in this preseason.
