Athletic Club defeated Celta de Vigo 1-0. Aduriz scored the only goal of the match in the 33rd, his ninth of the season, and the three points stayed at home. For the fourth time in the fifteen matchdays of the current season our team has kept a clean sheet. Aymeric Laporte made his full debut meaning 23 players have participated in it so far.

After the victory, the calendar does not offer much breathing room and on Wednesday, the Copa returns to San Mamés, a match in which we must defeat Sociedad Deportiva Eibar to stay alive in the competition. And to close off the week, there’s the visit to Palma to face Mallorca so we can try to continue our winning streak.
