Athletic Club drew 1-1 in San Mamés against Real Sociedad. Aduriz, from a penalty, and De la Bella were the goalscorers, both in the second half.

Our team had everything going for them in the game, with superiority in numbers and on the scoreboard, but, at the ideal time to take control of the match, they did not do so and, in the end, they had to settle for a point to bring them level with Malaga, although the Andalusians have played one game less.

There are still four La Liga games to play and we must continue working to ensure a European place without waiting for the final. To do this, the next hurdle will be Atlético de Madrid on Saturday at the Vicente Calderón.
