Real Club Deportivo and Athletic Club have drawn (2-2) in Riazor. The goals of Iñaki Williams and Aritz Aduriz have been neutralized in the final stretch of the game by individual goals by Lucas Perez and Arribas.

A result that can be described as fair by the merits of both teams, but that leaves a sediment of deception for the way in which it arrived. After a first half full of alternatives and in which only Williams’ goal was up on the scoreboard, in spite of a couple of local balls to the wood, the beginning of the second half has been marked by rojiblanca superiority.

Aduriz scored the 0-2 and the referee even disallowed, due to a presumed foul, a third point to our team. Nevertheless, the locals did not surrender and in the last ten minutes Lucas Perez and Arribas evened the match with the resulting bitter aftertaste.

Nevertheless, when it comes to appraising the point, this is the third consecutive matchday without losing in Liga, with two away draws; a good run that, as the topic says, must be done well in the following Liga commitment in San Mamés, Monday against Real Sporting.

In the meantime, the challenge that we have this same Thursday in Belgrade is no soft touch either, corresponding this time to the UEFA Europa League.
