Athletic Club end their penultimate week of pre-season with a 0-3 win at Anduva
The Lions have a day off tomorrow before heading into a final week of pre-season which will include matches against Real Sociedad on Friday evening and Deportivo Alavés on Saturday morning.
Ernesto Valverde's side dominated the first half at Anduva, controlling possesion and barely leaving Mirandes' half in the first 45 minutes.
Los Rojiblancos' first goal of the evening came in the 40th minute. Jon Morcillo swung in a corner from right which Nolaskoain put away with a powerful header.
Valverde changed the wingers at half-time, bringing on Nico Serrano and Adu Ares, while Iñigo Lekue and Oier Zarraga also came on in the 58th minute.
Athletic carried on the good work from the first half. They kept the ball, closed down the spaces and had the better chances.
Villalibre was denied by Mirandés keeper Ramón in a one-on-one situation early in the second half, but made the Buffalo made up for it minutes later when he doubled the Lions' lead. A flowing move down the right saw Adu Ares play in Ander Capa, who cut it back for Villalibre to pass into an open goal.
With just over five minutes left on the clock, the no.20 settled the encounter, smashing in a thunderous shot after receiving the ball in the box.
