Athletic Club has lost by 1-0 against Atlético Madrid in the first leg of the Copa quarterfinals. Godin, in the final stretch of the first half, scored the only goal of the match.

After a match with few occasions and in which the local player Diego Costa merited two yellow cards, although the referee didn’t see it that way, the pass to the next round will be decided in San Mamés, just as occurred in the two prior eliminations.
