Athletic return to winning ways at San Mamés
Captain Williams opened the scoring and Rego bagged the winner with his first senior strike after Samu's equaliser

Athletic Club ended their poor run with a gutsy 2-1 victory over Mallorca at San Mames on Saturday evening.
The Lions dominated the first half and took the lead via an Iñaki Williams penalty.
The second half was less clear-cut, with Mallorca equalising via a brilliant Samu Costa goal. Nonetheless, young Lion Alejandro Rego was the hero of the day, popping up late on to score his first senior goal and bag all three point for Athletic.
Before kick-off, the entire San Mamés stadium gave a standing ovation to Athletic's 125th anniversary ambassador Honey Thaljieh, a group of Palestinian refugees in the Basque Country and representatives of UNRWA.
Athletic came out like a whirlwind and had several chances in the first five minutes.
Dani Vivian, Iñaki Williams, Robert Navarro and Gorka Guruzeta all went close. Martin Valjent then struck Iñaki on the foot as the forward attempted to finish off an opportunity.
VAR checked and a penalty was duly awarded with the no.9 then stepping up to score from the spot in the ninth minute.
The home side continued to dominate, with chances for Nico Serrano and a lively Navarro. In the 15th minute, Serrano had a great chance after an Iñaki pass put him through on goal, but he couldn't beat Leo Román.
Five minutes later, Guruzeta almost finished off a great cross from Yuri.
The second half began with Iñaki Williams being substituted in the 50th minute after picking up a knock. The forward felt a twinge and asked to be replaced, with his brother taking his place.
Mallorca stepped up a gear after the break, but without causing Unai Simón too much concern in those early minutes.
Maroan and Rego were the next to come on for Guruzeta and Serrano.
The pace of the game slowed down until Samu Costa equalised against the run of play in the 77th minute. The midfielder beat Simón with a curling shot that caught the shotstopper off his guard and flew in over his head.
Athletic responded quickly. In the 81st minute, Jesus Areso teed up Rego to bag the win with his first senior goal.
